On September 19, 2025, the "Xinyang & Suzhou: Win-Win for the Future" 2025 Xinyang Yangtze River Delta Industrial Synergy Development Summit opened grandly in Suzhou. This event was co-hosted by the Xinyang Municipal Government’s Office in Suzhou, the Suzhou Henan Chamber of Commerce, and Suzhou Sino-Singapore Industrial Development and Investment Co., Ltd. Leaders like Li Junjie (Vice Chairman of Xinyang CPPCC and Chairman of Xinyang Federation of Industry and Commerce) and Ding Lianhe (Director of Xinyang Office in Suzhou) attended the summit. More than 270 enterprise representatives, including Xia Guangbing (President of Suzhou Henan Chamber of Commerce) and Shi Zhenghua (President of Suzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association), also joined. They discussed new ways to boost regional industrial cooperation together. As a leading enterprise in Suzhou’s door industry, SEPPES was represented by its Chairman, Yang Yuanjia. He was invited to speak at the "Dialogue with Xinyang" roundtable forum. His sharp industry insights and practical business experience showed SEPPES’ strong influence in the Yangtze River Delta industrial circle.
In his speech, Li Junjie, Vice Chairman of Xinyang CPPCC, emphasized that Xinyang has become an ideal place to take in industries moving from the Yangtze River Delta. It has great location advantages, sufficient resources, and a good business environment. He warmly invited entrepreneurs to share Xinyang’s development opportunities. Later, key areas like Yudongnan High-Tech Zone and Xinyang High-Tech Zone promoted their investment advantages. They talked about their industrial foundations, policy support, and supporting services. This helped enterprises at the summit find precise cooperation chances. SEPPES has worked in Suzhou’s door industry for many years. Thanks to Suzhou’s intelligent manufacturing strengths, SEPPES has built a complete system covering R&D, production, and sales of industrial doors and logistics loading-unloading equipment. Its products not only serve major cities in the Yangtze River Delta and all over China but also are sold to more than 70 countries. With high-quality products and efficient services, SEPPES has become a trusted partner for many famous enterprises. Chairman Yang Yuanjia’s attendance at the summit showed SEPPES’ important role in the Yangtze River Delta industry. It also proved the company’s focus on cross-regional industrial cooperation. SEPPES’ development experience helped Yang gain deep understanding of industrial transfer rules and offer useful advice for regional development.
Voices at the Roundtable: Answering Two Key Questions for Xinyang
During the "Dialogue with Xinyang" roundtable, the host from Xinyang TV asked Chairman Yang two key questions. His answers were full of love for his hometown and showed his strategic vision as an entrepreneur. When asked to "promote Xinyang in one sentence," Yang said emotionally: "Xinyang is known as ‘the South of the North and the North of the South.’ It has unique culture, beautiful mountains and rivers, and famous Xinyang dishes loved by people across the country. Today, I saw the great development plans from Xinyang’s development zones. Xinyang is a wonderful place to live and do business. My promotion sentence is: Invest in Xinyang, and both people and businesses will thrive!" This short but powerful answer not only showed Yang’s recognition of Xinyang’s development potential but also revealed SEPPES’ open attitude towards cross-regional investment and cooperation. The second question was: "Mr. Yang, you have deep experience in Suzhou and care about your hometown’s development. In your opinion, besides the traditional cost advantages, what ‘soft strengths’ should inland cities like Xinyang build to better attract and keep Suzhou-based enterprises when taking in industries from the Yangtze River Delta?" Yang shared his views based on SEPPES’ experience in Suzhou: "As a Suzhou-based entrepreneur, I care about three things when investing in a place, besides cost advantages. First, the local business environment—efficient government services and stable policies can reduce burdens for enterprises. Second, the supporting facilities in industrial areas—good living services and a complete industrial chain can lower operating costs. Third, the cost and convenience of logistics and transportation—this directly affects the efficiency of an enterprise’s supply chain. "From today’s promotion, I can see Xinyang has both soft and hard strengths in these three areas. I believe future investment promotion will be more market-oriented. A development zone or industrial park needs its own unique ‘selling points,’ just like an enterprise needs its own brand and unique products to stand out in the market. Only by focusing on its strengths can it attract targeted investors and do better in investment promotion. "Also, in business management, we often say ‘traffic is king’—the core of an enterprise’s development is having a large market. This idea also applies to investment promotion. We need to combine offline and online methods to bring in more attention. Offline, we can hold large promotion events like today’s summit. Online, we should make good use of the internet and short videos to spread information widely and accurately. When more investors know about Xinyang, investment promotion will become easier." These views came from SEPPES’ real development experience. For years, SEPPES has used "market-oriented thinking" to develop. It has stood out in the competitive market with its unique customized door solutions. At the same time, SEPPES values supply chain optimization and logistics system construction. With the help of the Yangtze River Delta’s convenient transportation network, it delivers products efficiently. This provides valuable experience for inland cities to take in industrial transfers.
Win-Win Cooperation: SEPPES Helps High-Quality Regional Industrial Development
This Yangtze River Delta Industry Summit not only built a cooperation bridge between Xinyang and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta but also showed SEPPES’ strength and responsibility. As an excellent enterprise growing up in Suzhou, SEPPES has always followed the concept of "coordinated development" and actively participated in regional industrial cooperation. Chairman Yang Yuanjia’s advice was not only support for his hometown’s development but also a concrete example of SEPPES fulfilling its social responsibilities. In the future, SEPPES will continue to use its technical advantages and resource integration abilities in the door industry. On one hand, it will deepen its presence in the Yangtze River Delta market and keep its leading position in the industry. On the other hand, it will pay close attention to development opportunities in inland areas like Xinyang and explore new cross-regional cooperation models. SEPPES will contribute to promoting industrial synergy between the Yangtze River Delta and inland areas and achieving win-win results. This summit has laid a solid foundation for SEPPES to expand its development space and deepen regional cooperation. It further shows SEPPES’ important value in promoting high-quality industrial development.
